In the event that you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please give us the courtesy of notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. We have many patients on our standby list waiting for an appointment to become available, and by letting us know when you can’t keep an appointment you are helping those patients to get in and be treated by their therapist. Notice to Lien Patients:
We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice on any appointment you cannot keep. The lien agreement you signed by you and your attorney office authorizes us to add a charge of $100 to your account each time you miss an appointment without proper notice. We will notify your attorney each time you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, and if you no show three times we will cancel future scheduled appointments and discharge your case. Thank you in advance for keeping all your scheduled appointments and giving proper notice when you cannot attend.
Important Note:
Patients frequently cite pain as the reason for wanting to reschedule or cancel an appointment. While this may seem like the natural thing to do, therapy can alleviate your pain. Keep your appointment, come on in, and let us help you feel better! Communicate to your therapist that you are in pain, and they will modify your treatment accordingly.
