Doctor of Physical Therapy

Our team is expanding! We have immediate openings for full-time physical therapist positions at our Cupertino and San Jose clinics.

About Us: We are an established physical therapy practice with a 25+ year track record of providing outstanding patient care. Our PT’s deliver manually-oriented evidence-based treatments in one-to-one visits.

As a therapist-owned practice, our leadership is committed to setting up our staff for success, providing hands-on training, based on most recent research and up-to-date techniques. We also offer continuing education funding, so our staff can expand their skill set through reimbursed course-work. Because our practice continues to grow, we have opportunities for our staff to develop and advance into more senior roles.

We’re looking for thoughtful, proactive, and dynamic individuals who want to provide the outstanding care for their patients and grow their skills and career.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions
  • Detailed, timely documentation reflecting patient's plan of care and progress
  • Learned competency in telehealth delivery of care
  • Punctuality is compulsory, our schedule is full time Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts
Experience
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in State of California
  • CPR-AED and BLS Certified
  • Covid Vaccinated
  • Excellent knowledge of EMR with focus on WebPT Documentation System
  • Skilled, compassionate, and dynamic practitioner able to connect to a diverse patient caseload
  • Demonstrated experience solving problems independently, sense of ownership, pride in performance
  • Personifies our corporate culture of excellence and accountability
  • Great interpersonal communication skills-timely, efficient and at multiple levels
  • Corporate Wellness Center therapists must be able to work independently in treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries within a collaborative setting of healthcare professionals

  • Ideal candidates have at least one year experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
