Assistant Manager: Billing and Patient Relations
Andrea has over 12 years of experience in Customer Service. She graduated from the Medical Reception Program at De Anza College. Andrea is a valued member of our administrative staff and she will be more than happy to assist you with questions regarding insurance coverage, authorizations, billing and scheduling. Andrea speaks fluent Spanish which makes her a great asset to the team. Andrea goes over and beyond to ensure customer/patient satisfaction. She enjoys spending quality time with her son and her soulmate, traveling, working out and salsa dancing.
